Here’s our top 3 tips for keeping healthy over the festive season!
- 1. Block out some nights at home in your diary. If your diary looks completely chocka’s over the next few weeks, block out some times now so that you get a couple of rest nights. If you can, block out a few hours each weekend too.
- 2. Start the day with lemon juice in warm water. This will help detoxify your liver & help any over indulgences.
- 3. Minimize the amount of chocolate, sugar & alcohol. No one wants to be a Christmas Gringe, so enjoy the party, but also enjoy your health! Set an intention of how much you will drink or eat before you go to the party & stick to it. If you are mindful of how much you’re consuming, chances are, it won’t get out of control.
