Grace is a nurturing and encouraging Melbourne naturopath who believes that we all have an innate capacity for healing when given the right tools and environment. Treating each person as an individual, she tailors treatment plans specifically to your health goals, without adding overwhelm, because she believes that choosing health shouldn’t feel hard.
Grace has a special interest in nervous system health and understands the impact of stress and how the nervous system influences many of the conditions she sees in her clinical practice.
Specific areas of interest include:
- Mood disorders, including anxiety, depression
- Chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation
- ADHD
- Common digestive complaints such as IBS, constipation, diarrhea, reflux, bloating
- PCOS, PMS, PMDD, endometriosis, period pain
- Metabolic conditions, including insulin resistance and high cholesterol
Grace works with clients to restore balance using a variety of tools. She focuses first on the foundations of health, including nutrition, movement, sleep, and hydration, and integrates additional therapies such as herbal medicine and nutritional supplementation where needed to optimise outcomes. All her treatments are evidence-based, tailored to your needs, and designed to empower you to take control of your health.
Grace completed her Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) at Torrens University Australia and is accredited with the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS). She is committed to ongoing learning to provide the best care possible for her patients.
