At this point in time, we only ship within Australia.

 

We are currently using Australia Post. We ship from Blackburn, Victoria 3130.

  • Express Shipping 1-7 days | $15.00

When will my order be sent?

Standard Shipping
– orders are anticipated to be delivered within 3-7 business days for metro areas and up to 10 business days for outside metro and are shipped via Australia Post. Please see Australia Post website for expected delivery times for your location.


Express Shipping –
orders must be placed before 11am AEST for same day dispatch. Express orders placed after 11am AEST will dispatch next business day. Express orders are anticipated to be delivered within 1-3 business days to most metropolitan areas (express shipping may take up to 5-7  business days to remote Australian locations). Please see Australia Post website for expected delivery times for your location.

Local Pickup – You will receive an order confirmation and then once your order is packed you will receive an email stating that your order is ready to be collected.

**Please also consider public holidays when checking shipping method and note that we only ship orders Monday to Friday.

 

How do I go about changing my current order?

Please ring us to request a change. Unfortunately, if/once the order has been processed we are unable to change it.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Australia Post with a link and your tracking number. If your package has not arrived within the timeframe advised, please call your local Post Office just to make sure it’s not waiting there for collection. If the parcel is not at the Post Office, contact our team on gethealthy@empoweredhealth.com.au and we’ll chase it up with Australia Post for you.

REFUNDS

All Empowered Health products are hand crafted and packaged with great care and attention to detail. Please choose carefully as we are unable to offer refunds or returns on our products due to hygiene and safety standards.

If you received an incorrect product to the one you ordered, we will offer you an exchange or full refund.
Please make sure you contact us at gethealthy@empoweredhealth.com.au within 5 days of receiving the product to start the refund/exchange process.
