- Eucalyptus Oil is a mucolytic that works to break up and thin stubborn, thick mucus packing the sinuses and bronchial pathways. Its powerful anti-inflammatory and antiseptic actions soothe irritated respiratory passages while easing standard congestion.
- Peppermint Oil contains menthol, and triggers a cooling sensation in the nasal Peppermint Oil passages that instantly mimics a feeling of more open, clear airways. It calms ticklish, irritating cough reflexes while boosting mental alertness and easing sinus-related tension.
- Pine Oil is an expectorant that encourages the clearance of deep-seated fluid from the lungs and upper respiratory tract. Its antimicrobial profile makes it excellent for steam inhalations.
- Lemon Oil provides potent antioxidant, antibacterial, and immune-supportive benefits to the respiratory mucosa. Its crisp, invigorating scent helps cut through heavy room air, making it perfect for diffusion to sanitize environments.
Directions:
Room diffusion: To help clear the air and make breathing easier during times of sickness, stuffiness and congestion, add 5 drops of Breathe Easy to your ultrasonic diffuser.
Steam inhalation: Fill a heat-safe bowl with steaming hot water and add 5 drops of Breathe Easy blend. Place a towel over your head to help trap in the steam, and with your eyes closed, take a few deep, cleansing breaths.
On the go: Add 3-4 drops to a handkerchief or tissue and hold under your nose, or inhale directly from the bottle as often as needed.
Massage: Massage across chest and back.
